The Position
Title: Sales Executive, Nordics
Reporting to: CEO
Location: Copenhagen office, with flexibility to work from the Øresund region and join weekly coordination sessions in person.
As Sales Executive, you will play a central role in strengthening Iteras’ presence throughout the Nordic region. You will work closely with the CEO, external partners, and our technical team, and you will help shape how sales is run at Iteras.
Responsibilities
Build and manage a strong pipeline across Scandinavia.
Lead the full sales cycle—from first meeting to signed contract.
Collaborate with partners, pre-sales and product specialists to shape customer solutions.
Present the Iteras platform to prospects on-site and remotely.
Deliver clear forecasts and maintain CRM discipline.
Contribute to the annual sales and marketing plan and support lead-generation efforts.
Help refine and develop Iteras’ commercial processes as our first dedicated Sales Executive.
The Ideal Candidate
You have solid experience in B2B SaaS sales and enjoy working with responsibility, freedom and close customer contact. You are structured, trustworthy and skilled at building long-term relationships.
Experience & Traits
5+ years of documented success in mid-market or enterprise B2B software sales.
Experience with subscription technology or the media industry is an advantage.
Strong communicator with good presentation and negotiation skills.
Disciplined approach to managing pipeline, process and forecasting.
Comfortable working independently in a small, high-trust team.
Fluent in English; fluency in Swedish or Norwegian is a plus.
